A flexible life style, business hub for today’s young entrepreneurs with an ability to be converted into any space. The challenge was to transform a 64 m2 loft into a space that is comfortable while still reflecting the new edge design concept. Keeping in mind that 450 unit lofts required the same standard features catering to various needs, we created a strong open plan concept, splitting the level to a 17ft ceiling resulting a double volume to differentiate the public and private space. Designed in a modern fashion, this loft radiates an elegant and artistic atmosphere with clean cuts and delighting pops of color.
